Firstly, the power donut can mean just a little trim for many men who are naturally losing their hair to baldness. Secondly, the power donut requires very little maintenance.

Third, it lets you feel empowered because you are confident enough to flaunt the hair you have got instead of shaving it all off.

For those who have thinning hair, the power donut can be an incredible haircut to try as it can change the way you look. Paul Heyman is an inspiration because he rocks the power donut.

A medium-length haircut is a versatile option and if you want a simple haircut that isn’t short then you can always try this haircut.

Paul Heyman had a classic mullet haircut where the hair at his front was short while the hair on the back was much longer.

The classic mullet was a haircut that gave a devil-may-care vibe but today it is slowly making a comeback as people are sporting a modernized version of the classic mullet. Do you think you will ever try the classic mullet haircut?

Paul Heyman continued to sport the mullet and he let it grow. Here you can see that although the hair on the top of his area started to recede, he still had the mullet cut.

The longer sides gave the impression of thicker hair than he actually had. If you want to make your hair look thicker then you can always allow the hair that is still there to grow.

Steps In Getting A Power Donut Haircut

Do you also have thinning hair? Then follow the simple tutorial below step by step to get the power donut haircut like Paul Heyman.

Step 1: Clean the top

You want to start on the top of your head. If there is already no hair in that portion then you can skip to the next step.

If you do have hair then you can shave it off using a razor but make sure you use shaving gel before shaving your hair on the top. It is recommended that you use mirrors to ensure you are not shaving from the power donut area.

Step 2: Use clippers

Next, you use a number 2 guard on the clippers as this will give you a length of 1/8 inch or 3 mm. If you want shorter hair on your power donut then you can opt for a number 1 guard instead which will give you ¼ inch or 6mm hair length.

You want to work the clippers upwards starting with the base and going up until the natural hairline. Repeat this until all your hair is of the same length.

That’s all you need to do! For maintenance, you can continue to use clippers to cut your hair to the desired length.

Don’t forget to shave the section on top of your head for the ultimate power donut if you have some hair growing in that portion of your head.

Conclusion

The power donut is a statement haircut and we believe that Paul Heyman is an excellent example of how it is done properly. People who have thin hair or who are afraid to completely shave off their hair should opt for this haircut.

You can retain the hair you have left and show it off with elan! The power donut can work for anyone; whether your face shape is a diamond, round or square. It works for every hair texture too.

If you have hair on the top then you can shave it off first and then use clippers to define the hair on your head with ease as explained in the tutorial above. Do you think you will try the power donut haircut anytime soon?
