Premise of the Anime

The Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom anime series revolves around two major characters; Ein and Zwei.

Zwei finds himself in an abandoned warehouse where he cannot recall anything from his past and he doesn’t even remember how he got there in the first place.

His confusion is pushed further when Ein finds him, fights him, and then tells him to follow her as she trains him to become an assassin.

The story follows the mysterious organization, the characters who are only told what they need to know, and unveils the organization’s true agenda.

The anime series Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom is best watched as the creators intended; from episodes 1 to 26. As there is no other season of the series, it is easy to follow although there are some confusing bits in between.

The anime series has time jumps and this helps propel the story forward. Most often, the time skip does not get confusing so you shouldn’t worry about it.

You will probably end up watching the whole series in one go (if you have that much time to spare) or at least a few episodes at a time for sure because the show is binge-worthy!

Many websites spread false information about the release but that never happened much to the disappointment of the anime fans.

As of July 2022, there has been no official news about the same so fans will need to just wait. Creators have not confirmed the series renewal or anything regarding the continuation of the story.
